Our Shipping Policy:

All orders will ship via UPS Ground shipping (3 to 7 Business Days) unless special shipping arrangements are made. Shippng Charges are determined by your order Sub-Total (not including any applicable tax or shipping). Please refer to the chart below for a description of our shipping fees. Remember, most orders ship within two business days.

Need your order in a hurry? Customers requireing expedited delivery may contact our customer service department at 1-800-515-5678 to upgrade your shipping service to either UPS 3 Day Select, Blue Label (Second Day Air) or Red Label (Next Day Air) for an additional fee. Please be sure to contact us within one business day to arrange for a change in delivery service.

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico

Our system automatically calculates shipping based on your order Sub Total according to the rate chart above. If you reside in either Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, we ask you to disregard the shipping fees listed on your order. We will contact you immediately via email to inform you of any additional shipping costs associated with shipping to your home state. At that time, you may elect to go ahead with your order and submit payment for additional shipping cost or request a full refund. Express Delivery

We offer Express Delivery Options from UPS including 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Service. Since Express Delivery rates may vary extensively, we must calculate your shipping cost upon receiving your order. When you place you order online, shipping rates will be added to your order according to the rate chart above for UPS Ground Shipping. We ask that you contact us within 2 business days to make arrangements for Express Delivery. We will be happy to quote you any additional fees incurred by your new shipping method. International Shipping

Dancing Supplies Depot will ship to almost any location worldwide. Because International Shipping charges vary greatly based upon weight, dimensions and final destination; we must calculate the total shipping fees upon the receipt of your order. When you place your order online, shipping rates will be added to your order according to the rate charge above for UPS Ground Shipping. We ask that you disregard these prices as they are for the Lower 48 States Only. We will immediately notify you via email of the final shipping costs for your order. Please note that Express Shipping is not available for International Orders and some oversized packages may be restricted. A $10 processing fee will be added to all International Shipments. Please note that shipping charges do not include your country's Duties or Taxes for your order.  At that time, you may elect to go ahead with your order and submit payment for additional shipping cost or request a full refund. Delivery Estimates

Transit time is based on a number of factors including when you place you order, the package destination, holidays and the shipping method you select. Our warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday (excluding US holidays). Typically, if you place your order before 3PM EST Monday through Friday, and we have all  your items in stock, your order will be shipped the same day. Orders placed 3PM EST or on a weekend or holiday, your order will be shipped the next business day.

UPS Ground Shipping - Arrives in 3 to 7 Days after we ship your package. The length of the transit time depends primarily on your home state.

UPS 3 Day Select - Arrives within 3 Business Days after we ship your package.

UPS 2nd Day Air (Blue) - Arrives within 2 Business Days after we ship your package. A signature is required at the time the package is received.

UPS Next Day Air (Red) - Arrives the next Business Day after we ship your package. A signature is required at the time the package is received.

International Shipping - Transit time for International Shipping Methods vary greatly depending on the final destination and size of the package. Please contact us for a more accurate time estimate for delivery.
